Rental Policies
Navarre Beach Landing is a privately owned vacation rental condo. Please note our rental policies below.
- Maximum occupancy for the unit is six individuals.
- Primary guest must be at least 23 years of age.
- Check in time is 4 pm or after.
- Checkout time is 10 am or before.
- No parties or events. Occupancy limited to the number of guests reserved.
- Bunk bed weight limit is 200 pounds per bed.
Community Guidelines
We are part of the Gulf Island Condominium community, we request that the following community guidelines be adhered to.
- No smoking inside the unit or on balconies, stairwells, or breezeways.
- Pets are not permitted in or around the condo community for guests/renters.
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
- No cooking grills are permitted anywhere around the buildings.
- Hallways, breezeways, and stairwells should remain free of any personal items at all times per local fire code.
- No glass around the pool or within the gated area of the pool.
- Parking of trailers, boats, golf carts, large trucks or commercial vehicles is not permitted.
Cancelation Policy
With this being our only unit, last minute cancelations are more of a detriment to us than accommodations like hotels.
- Full refund if the reservation is canceled with at least a 30 day notice.
- 50% refund for cancelations between 29 and 15 days before arrival.
- No refund offered for cancelations 14 days or less before arrival.
