The Florida panhandle is mostly known for Pensacola, Destin, and Panama City. Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Destin. Avoid the traffic and heavy tourist crowds of the other towns while still being a short drive from both.
Unwind at this beautifully decorated and fully furnished one bedroom, two bath condo on Navarre Beach! The condo is in the Gulf Island Condominium complex which is just a short walk across the road to the beach.
This vacation rental is located on the second floor. Enjoy a great view of the sunset over the sound from the covered balcony. Please note that there are no elevators on the property.

- Check out time is 10 am
- Guests must have at least one party 21 years of age for the reservation and check-in.
- Maximum occupancy must remain at five or under at all times.
- Please treat the rental as it was your own home and your own belongings.
- No parties, loud music, or other disturbances. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
- Pool is generally open from 8 am to 10 pm.
- Condo association prohibits pets – no pets allowed.
- No large vehicles on the property – no RVs, boats, or trailers.
- No grills on or around the premises. There are some grills provided in the common area.
- All hallways and common areas of the condo building must remain free of personal belongings at all times.
